In accordance with the provisions of article 102 of the LGDCyU, the user may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of products (except in the cases established by law) and return the products delivered at any time within the period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the same. The user will be reimbursed the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price of the product but not the return or shipping costs unless the brand considers that they should be reimbursed. Only the shipping costs can be passed on to the customer.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at: info@nomadideluxe.com. Likewise, you must return the garments in their condition and labeled to the address that we will indicate in each case. The transport costs corresponding to the return of the products will be borne by the user, in accordance with the provisions of article 108 LGDCyU.

Instead of a refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the previous product, the user may request a replacement with another product or the application of part of the price of a new product. In this case, the customer will also be responsible for the shipping costs of the product or products that replace the previous one or products.

Within the framework of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, HVR reserves the right to reject returns and/or replacements communicated or sent outside the established deadlines, or because the items are not in the same condition as when they were received by the customer. If the return is appropriate, EMLV will refund the user within 14 calendar days from the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Without prejudice to the foregoing, in accordance with the provisions of article 107 LGDCyU, EMLV will retain the amount of the refund until it has received the product(s) being returned, or until the user has presented proof of its return.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR MISTAKEN PRODUCTS

If the user considers that the product is not compliant, he/she must contact EMLV by email to: info@nomadideluxe.com identifying the purchased product with the order number and the defect or reason for return. EMLV will contact the user and after delivery of the item and verification, EMLV will proceed to:

1) the full refund of the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the product – including shipping costs – by bank transfer to the name of the person who purchased the defective product; or

2) replacement with a new product of the same type as the previous one but without defect, with the shipping costs of the replacement product being borne by EMLV.

In such case, the return or replacement of the Product will be carried out as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which the defect of the product was verified. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment the customer exercises the withdrawal, that is, from the moment he communicates it.

If at the time of delivery it is visibly and clearly evident, without having to handle the shipping packaging or the product itself, that a product has defects caused by damage in transit or, in the same way, an error is evident in the merchandise received, the customer must inform EMLV by email to the address info@nomadideluxe.com, within 24 hours of receiving the order in order to request the return of the affected product or products and thus the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it.

Defects caused during transport that are only noticeable after unpacking the product must be reported within the first 24 hours of receiving the order in the manner indicated above, indicating the order number, the damage caused to the product and requesting the return of the affected product and thus the replacement with a new one or the refund of the price paid for it. EMLV will examine the matter and inform you whether you are entitled to a replacement. Returns will not be made for products that are not in the same condition as when you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.

The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days following the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from the moment the customer exercises the right to withdraw, that is, from the moment the customer communicates the decision.
