In accordance with the provisions of article 102 of the LGDCyU, the user may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of products (except in the cases established by legislation) and return the products delivered at any time within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days. from the date of delivery. The user will be refunded the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price of the product but not the return or shipping costs unless the brand considers that they should be reimbursed. Only shipping costs can be passed on to the customer.

Likewise, it is necessary that you return the garments in their condition and labeling to the address that we will indicate in each case. The transportation costs corresponding to the return of the products will be borne by the user, in accordance with the provisions of article 108 LGDCyU.

The user may request, instead of a refund of the amount paid for the acquisition of the previous product, the replacement with another product or the application as part of the price of a new product. In this case, the customer will also assume the cost of shipping the product or products that replace the previous one or products.

Within the framework of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, HVR reserves the right to reject returns and/or replacements communicated or sent outside the established deadlines, or because the items are not in the same conditions in which they were received by the customer. . If the return is appropriate, EMLV will reimburse the user before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. Without prejudice to the foregoing, in accordance with the provisions of article 107 LGDCyU, EMLV will retain the refund amount until it has received the product(s) being returned, or until the user has presented proof of its return.

Return or replacement of defective products, damaged or received by mistake

If the user considers that the product does not comply, they must contact EMLV by email addressed to: info@nomadideluxe.com identifying the product purchased with the order number and the defect or reason for return. EMLV will contact the user and after the garment is delivered and verified, EMLV will proceed to:

1) the refund of the full amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the product – including shipping costs – by bank transfer in the name of the person who purchased the defective product; either

2) to the replacement with a new product of the same class as the previous one but without defect, with EMLV being responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement product.

In such case, the return or replacement of the Product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date on which the product defect was verified. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from when the client exercises the withdrawal, that is, from when he communicates it.
